GEMS

Assalamualaikum...

Have you ever heard about GEMS? May be some of you ever  heard and some of you never heard. It's ok because this entry I try to story to you what's GEMS. Actually GEMS is stand for Graduate Employability Management Scheme. This scheme is under Khazanah Malaysia. Ooopppssss...baru perasan terspeaking London pulak.....Actually CikTeh tengah praktik cakap London.....maklumlah BI CikTeh nih tak fluent. Bila baca blog anak Wardina terasa kerdilnya diri bila baca entry dia full english tuh.....malu kita tau. CikTeh try untuk speaking lau ada yang salah tolong lah perbetulkan by  dropping your message for me.


Ok berbalik pada kisah GEMS nih, CikTeh dapat tahu pasal GEMS nih melaui kawan CikTeh. Dia cakap join kursus nih bagus sebab banyak benda yang kita leh belajar. Memang betul cakap kawan CikTeh nih. Ok, untuk kursus ni dibahagikan kepada 2 part iaitu part 1 and part 2. Part 1 peserta akan di beri kursus  berdasarkan 10 modul yang ada. Setiap modul paling lama untuk dihabiskan dalam 4 hari dan part 1 nih berlangsung selama 2 bulan sahaja dan di tempat yang terpilih. Macam CikTeh dapat kursus kat Hotel Seri Malaysia Mersing. Memang best giler lah duduk dua bulan kat sana. Sebelum CikTeh cerita pasal "kebestaan" duduk kat sana let me finish my story about GEMS first ^_^.


As I told before, GEMS is under Khazanah Berhad. This program actually sponsored by goverment which is for part 1 they pay to participant RM500 per month and RM1000 per month for part 2. The objective of this program are:

• Recruit and select potential candidates based on industry requirements
• Ascertain the level of job fit between the participants and the available job opportunities within the industry
• Develop the competencies of the participants based on the industry Competency Model

Actually a lot of program like GEMS sponsored by Government such as (Telekom), Tabung Haji, BSN, Bank Negara and so on. If you want to know more details  and interesting to join GEMS program or others program you may visit this website below:

But you must remember that they have a few requirements to join this program such as your age must be 27 years old and below and not married. So sesiapa yang dah kawen but age under 27, you still not eligible to participate in this program. Most of requirement is same but you can check it yourself at the website that I given to you above.
